Allen Larry Gibson, 72, loving husband, father and grandfather passed away Saturday, December 3, 2016.Service: 2 P.M. Friday at White's Funeral Home, 401 N. Main, Springtown. Interment: Springtown Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday at White's Funeral Home.Allen Larry Gibson was born June 29, 1944 in Stamford, Texas to Wilson and Ophelia Gibson. He graduated from O'Brien High School in 1962 and attended Texas Tech. Larry married the love of his life, Jean Manning in 1964, they made their home in Springtown.He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Charles Gibson.Survivors: Wife, Jean Gibson; son, Shane Gibson and fiance, Elsie Hohnstein; daughter, Shawna Allen and husband, Ben; grandkids, Tyler and Kendra Allen, Brittany and Aron Arthur, Taylor and Amber Allen, Garrett Gibson and Presley Gibson; great-grandchildren, Rylan, Aubree and Laycee Allen.
