Louis La Chapelle, 67, loving husband and father passed away Friday, March 31, 2017. Louis was born December 4, 1949 in Sacramento, California to Louis and Leola La Chapelle. He honorably served his country in The United States Army. Louis will be greatly missed that all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his parents.
