H. Glenn Ball, 89, died August 11, 2017.

Glenn was born Sept. 21, 1927 in Windham, Ohio the son of Herbert and Wreatha Ball. He served in the U.S. Maritime and U.S. Navy. Glenn graduated from Georgia Tech in 1954. He retired as an Aerodynamics engineer from General Dynamics. Glenn had lived in Azle since 1954. Glenn was a member of FJUUC, a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association, a lifetime member of the Texas State Rifle Association, a member of the Parker County Sportsman Club, and a founding member of the Aztex Rifle and Pistol Club. Glenn enjoyed hunting, fishing, canoeing, target shooting, piano playing, harmonica playing, and working in his yard.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Laurel Pittman.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Victoria (Vicki); daughter, Maureen Ball of Magnolia; son, Matthew (Matt) Ball and wife, Karen of North Richland Hills; grandchildren, Kelton and Karina Brisack, and Liam and Laurel Ball.
