Jo Morton

Jo Morton passed away Thursday, June 1, 2017.A private memorial service will be held.Memorials: In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the charity of your choice.Jo was married to James C. Battenfield and together they had four children. She later married Danny R. Morton in 1977 and had many happy years together. Danny and Jo were very active lifetime members of the Model A Club in Fort Worth.She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be greatly missed.Jo was preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Danny Morton; her son, James Charles Battenfield, Jr.; and her granddaughter, Shana McClintock.Survivors: daughters, Jan Hudler and husband, Howard, Joy Lowrie, and Jayne McClintock; grandchildren, Heather Hannah, Hilary McVicker, Ryan Hudler, Sara Gonzales, Seth Nichols, Matthew Lowrie, Kaley McClintock, Terry McClintock, Jr., Jacob Battenfield and Jamie Battenfield; 6 great-grandchildren;  sisters, Mavis Burton and Genevieve Campbell; and nieces, nephews, other family members, and many friends.
