Charles Frank Manley

Charles F. Manley, age 91 years, joined arms with the Lord on Sunday, February 11, 2024. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at White’s Funeral Home, 101 NW 4th Avenue, Mineral Wells. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 16, 2024, at Oran Baptist Church, 604 Bailey Street, Graford. (Oran) Burial will follow the Church Service at Oran Cemetery. Charles was born April 17, 1932, in Graham, son of Dolphus Homer Manley and Rosie Lee (Shepard) Manley. He served his country with honor in the United States Air Force during the years 1952 through 1956. Charles is a former deacon at Oran Baptist Church and was a former employee of PECO and KMI Fabrication. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dolphus and Rosie Lee Manley; brothers, Kenneth, George, and Bobby Manley; son, David Manley; and granddaughter, Miranda Manley. Charles is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Vida Manley of Graford; sons, Allen Manley and wife, Jocelyn, and James Manley and wife, Glenda; grandchildren, Mitchell, Micah, Braxton, and Noah, and great grandchildren, Chloe and Able.
