Clifford E. MacKenzie, who was 6 days short of his 93rd birthday, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away on Saturday, April 14, 2017.Funeral Service: 11 a.m. Thursday at Central Christian Church, 1602 South Main St., Weatherford. Inurnment: To be held at a later date at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Dallas. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at White's Funeral Home, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford.Memorials: The family suggests that in lieu of usual remembrances, donations may be made in Clifford's memory to Central Christian Church.Clifford E. MacKenzie was born April 21, 1924 to Clifford and Elsie MacKenzie in Staten Island, New York. He married the love of his life, Paula J. Butler MacKenzie and together they raised a family and spent 67 happy years together until her passing in 2014. He was an active and beloved member at Central Christian Church and was completely invested in his family, whether it be meeting grandchildren for breakfast on Friday's or going to games. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.Survivors: children, Clifford C. “Kip” MacKenzie, Thomas S. MacKenzie and wife, Nancy, Sue Thomas Cole and husband, Jeffrey, and Patricia K.
