Daniel Franklin Kolar, (75), of Corpus Christi, TX passed away on November 22, 2018 in Azle, TX. Visitation:6 to 8 P.M. Monday, November 26, 2018, at White’s Funeral Home, Azle. Funeral services: 10:00 AM, on Tuesday, November 27th, 2018, at Whites Funeral Home, with Brother Johnny Sanders officiating. Burial: Azleland Memorial Park Cemetery. Daniel Franklin Kolar, was born in Corpus Christi to Frank Kolar and Leona Hartman Kolar on September 21, 1943. He attended Brewer High School. Daniel entered the military, in October 3, 1961. He served in the United States Navy, during the Vietnam War. Daniel's last year of service was 1966. He married Rita Jo Beaur on July 3,1968 in Fort Worth, Texas. Daniel built a career as a contractor, forming his own business as Center Point Drywall, which he later retired from. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Azle, TX, where he served as a Mason. Daniel Franklin Kolar is preceded in death by his father, Frank Kolar, and his mother, Leona Kolar. Daniel is survived by his wife, Rita Beaur Kolar; his daughters, Bonnie Jean Terry, and Barbara Kay Kolar; his son, Jake Lee Kolar; his sisters, Dorthy Dishman, Kathy Morrison, and Patricia Burns; his brothers, Don Kolar and Junior Kolar; grandchildren, Kearsie Diane Kolar and Ryder Lee Kolar. Pallbearers will be Richard Samuelson, Tim Kolar, Mike Kolar, Steve Young, Kevin Kiss, and Troy Dusek.
