Doris Lee Hamrick

Doris Lee Hamrick, born Doris Lee Clayton on May 14 , 1933, in Fort Worth passed away on  Monday July 15 , 2024 in Denton,. She was a loving, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. Doris was known for her personality and her active involvement various family activities.

Doris enjoyed life to fullest by pursuing activities such crocheting, crafting, and tending to her plants. Love for reading the Bible and devotionals brought her joy. She found solace in watching favorite TV shows.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Ray Clayton and Oma Lee Steele.  She is survived her son, Charles Floyd Hamrick; daughters, Sandra Lee Hanes and Debra Sue McKenzie; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one great-great-grandchild.

The graveside to honor and remember Doris Lee Hamrick will be held on July 19, 2024, Ash Creek Cemetery in Azle, Texas. The service will begin at 11:00 AM

Doris will be fondly remembered for her lively spirit and cherished for the love shared with her family. May she rest in peace knowing that she was surrounded by loved ones who hold her dear in their hearts forever.
