Dorothy June Reynolds

Dorothy June Reynolds passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2019 in Weatherford. Her services will be Monday, September 23, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in White’s Chapel of Memories, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford. A graveside service will follow at Oakland Cemetery in Weatherford.  A reception will follow the services at Couts Memorial United Methodist Church.  Visitation will be on Sunday, September 22, 2019 from 3 to 5 p.m. at White’s Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Couts Memorial United Methodist Church or to a charity of your choice. Dorothy was born on June 10, 1923 in East Parker County to Charlie and Lula (Pearson) Reynolds.  She attended schools at Wampler and Weatherford.  Dorothy also attended a business college in Weatherford.  She worked for Dr. Platt Allen for many years as a secretary and in the business office at Campbell Hospital. Dorothy was a lifelong member of Couts Memorial United Methodist Church.  She loved the Lord, her Church and Sunday School, her family and friends.  Dorothy was a very loving and giving person. Dorothy is survived by her sister, Charlsta Smith; nieces, Karen and Kathy Smith; and several cousins.
