Dorothy M. Stokes

Dorothy M. Stokes, 98, loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away Monday, February 25, 2019. Service: 1:00 P.M. Thursday, February 28th at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Azle. Interment: Memory Gardens of the Valley, Weatherford. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Wednesday at White’s Azle Funeral Home. Dorothy was born April 7, 1920 to Harry Benjamin and Elizabeth Barbara Zeilinger Williams in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and was an active faithful member. Dorothy loved to take trips in their R.V. with husband, Robert, they traveled all over the states. Loved her children and grandchildren so much and will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Stokes; and son, David Stokes. The family would like to thank Azle Manor and Eagle Crest for their great care. Survivors: Sons, Robert Stokes and wife, Patricia; grandchildren, Regina Langham, LaDortha Hall, Randy Voss,and Kim Bazzell; great-grandchildren, Candice, Amy, Samantha, Morgan, Daniel and Misti.
