Eric Lee Kirby

Eric Lee Kirby, 40, passed away Sunday, November 1, 2020. Graveside Service: 2:00 P.M. Friday, November 6, 2020 at Cottondale Cemetery in Cottondale. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday, November 5, 2020 at White’s Azle Funeral Home. Eric was born December 16, 1979 in Corsicana, Texas to Byron Thomas and Pamela Slimp Kirby. Eric was an accomplished framer who could fix anything. He loved fishing, hunting and singing and playing the guitar. He was preceded in death by his father, Byron Kirby. Survivors include his wife, Kay Morton; mother, Pamela Kirby Peeper and husband, Wade; brother, Aaron Kirby and wife, Heather; son, Byron Kirby; and his mother, Amanda Dugan; granddaughter, Braylee Kirby; nephew Jasper Kirby; and countless other extended family and friends. Eric was dearly loved and will be missed by so many.
