Floyd Avery Spraggins, Jr., 76, beloved father, grandfather, brother and friend, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at his home. Funeral Service: 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at The Hills Church, 6300 N. E. Loop 820, North Richland Hills, 76180. Family and friends will gather at 10 a.m. at the church. Loop 820, North Richland Hills, TX 76180, Attention: JoAnna Broadnax. Floyd Avery Spraggins, Jr. was born June 24, 1942 in Forestburg, son of Floyd Avery Spraggins, Sr. and Hazel Spraggins. He proudly and honorably served in the United States Air Force. Floyd was the owner of Trice Floor Covering and Model Train Crossing. He was a member of Worth Baptist Church. Floyd was preceded in death by his wife, Clellia Velita Moore Spraggins; his parents; and sisters, Louise Jackson, and Nelda Stuart. Survivors: Children, Avery Spraggins and wife, Cyndi, D’Ann Reyering and husband, Ron, and Scott Spraggins; grandchildren, Baylee, Emily, Reagan and Riley Spraggins, Josh and Jeff Owens, and Destini, Devin, and Dylan Spraggins; brother, Travis Landers; sisters, Brenda Hallgren and husband, Don, and Charlene Arkens; and many extended family members and friends.
