Frances Lea Cowley passed away Saturday, May 12, 2018. Graveside service: 10 A.M. Thursday at Oakland Cemetery, Weatherford. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Wednesday at White’s Funeral Home, Weatherford. Frances was born in 1934 in Randolph County, AR. She was a long time resident of White Settlement, TX. She is preceded in death by her husband, Mack A. Cowley. Survivors: Sister, Wilma; brother, Perry; children, Paul and Danny; grandchildren, Micha, Jennifer and Skipper; 6 great-grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild.
