Gerald Esterline of Azle, TX, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on October 15, 2021, after a lengthy illness of Parkinson’s disease. A memorial service will be held at North East Christian Missionary Alliance Church on November 23, 2021 at 11:00 am, located at 81 E Main St. North East, PA 16428. Gerald was born to Elizabeth and Carl Esterline of North East, PA on September 12, 1943, where he lived until 2014. In 2014 Gerald and wife, Deborah moved to Azle, TX to enjoy time with their children and grandchildren. Gerald (Jerry) worked at Erie Malleable Iron for 37 years before the location closed. He was a hard worker on the job and at home. Outside of EMI, Jerry ran Hilltop Acres, a small farm in Greenfield Township. He enjoyed his time raising and caring for white faced Hereford cattle; and also loved other animals such as Basset Hound dogs and parrots. He faithfully attended North East Christian Missionary Alliance Church for decades, and most recently had made Legacy Baptist Church in Lake Worth, Texas his church home. Jerry is preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Elizabeth Esterline. He is survived by his loving wife, Deborah Esterline, daughters, Wendy (Esterline) Denning and husband, Terry, Kimberly (Esterline) Gonzalez and husband, Jacob; brother, Theodore (Ted) Esterline and wife, Norma along with their children; niece, Anita (Esterline) Triana and husband, Sony; nephews, Eric Esterline and wife, Lisa, Tom Esterline, and Paul Esterline and wife, Kammi; Jerry was blessed with numerous grandchildren, whom he loved dearly, Taylor (Denning) Oliver and husband, Devon, Taevis Denning, Jeremy, Jaylen, Christian and Kenadie Gonzalez.
