Jo Ann Harris

JoAnn Harris. 83, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend passed away Friday, July 31, 2020. Service: 9:00 A.M. Thursday, August 6, 2020 at White’s Azle Chapel, Azle 76020. Interment: Ringgold Cemetery, Ringgold, Texas. Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at White’s Azle Funeral Home. JoAnn was born August 28, 1936 in Ringgold to Durward Herman and Rovetta Mae Duff Williamson. She had lived in the Azle area most of her life, was always active in the community. JoAnn had been employed at K-Mart in Azle for several years. JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carroll James Harris; and sister, Nell Bouldin. Survivors: Children, Theresa “Toot” (Jimmy) Kinder, Lisa “Shorty” Griffin (Everett Ayers), and Leslie “Bronc” (Julie) Harris; grandchildren, Amanda Ramirez, Amber Headley, Hannah Villarreal, Hayley Griffin, Austin Kinder, Katy Harris and Coy Harris; great-grandchildren, D.J. Headley, JulieAnne Villarreal, Corbin Headley, Kaleb Roady, Adam Ramirez and Alaina Kinder; sister, Betty and husband, Reese Jones; numerous nieces and nephews. She always had a smile and will be missed by so many.
