Judy Ellen Osborne

Judy Ellen Osborne, 78, passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family. Visitation: 1-2pm, Monday, November 14, White’s Funeral Home Chapel, Springtown. Funeral Service: 2:00pm, Monday, November 14, White’s Funeral Home Chapel, Springtown. Interment: Monday, November 14, New Hope Cemetery, Springtown. Judy was born March 1, 1944 in Keyser, West Virginia, daughter of James and Alice (Trenter) Koontz. Judy loved family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her favorite times of the year were holidays, especially Christmas. Her love of her family was evident in her life but, it was especially shown on holidays. Judy will be remembered for her feisty spirit. Even during her last moments, she was a fighter. It was that spirit that she instilled into her children and grandchildren that helped shape them into the individuals they would become. She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Alice Koontz. Survivors include her husband of 21 years, James Michael Osborne, of Springtown; children, Kim Perkins and husband Alan, Tim Groff and wife Genifer, Mike Groff and wife Alicia, Robert Groff and wife Amanda, John Osborne and wife Anna, Charlene Heath and husband Craig, and Natalie Hamon; 22 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; her brother, Warren Koontz; and a host of other extended family and friends. She was loved and will be missed and remembered by all her relatives and friends who knew her.
