Mary Ann Mayers

Mary Ann Mayers, 42, of Weatherford passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at Medical City Fort Worth, following a short battle with many infections. Visitation: 6 – 8 p.m. on Monday, June 12, 2023, White’s Chapel of Memories, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford. Funeral Service: 10 a.m. on Tuesday June 13, 2023, White’s Chapel of Memories, Weatherford. Interment: Eternal Oaks Cemetery, Runaway Bay. Mary was born July 26, 1980 in Fort Worth, daughter of Harvey D. Mayers, Jr. and Lisa (Peck) Mayers. She enjoyed doing Diamond Art, playing video games, and most of all being around her family. Mary loved her family with all of her being, forever and always. She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Mary Zada Eshelmen; grandfather, Fred Eshelmen; grandmother, Eddie Ruth Mayers; grandfather, Harvey D. Mayers, Sr.; uncles, Dale Bell, Charles Bell, Henry Mayers, and Harold Mayers; and aunt, Kathey Plowman. Survivors include her parents, Harvey D Mayers, Jr. and Lisa (Peck) Mayers, of Weatherford; sister, Brandi Mayers; sister-in-law, Heather Wilkins of Runaway Bay; many aunts, uncles, and cousins; and a host of extended family members and friends, including her closest and dearest friends, George, Momma Pat, and Richard Sargent. Mary had a heart of gold, she was friendly and loving to all, and will be missed by all who knew her.
