Michael Lanier Spencer

Mike Lanier Spencer, 81, passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2024 in Glen Rose.

Service: 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at White's Azle Funeral Home.

Visitation: 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at The Funeral Home prior to the service.

Interment: Ash Creek Cemetery, Azle.

Mike was born in Jacksboro, Texas March 7, 1943, to Maurice and Tena Burt Spencer. He honorably served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. 

Mike met and married Virginia in 1979 and they have been together for 45 years.

He preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Jerry Spencer.

Survivors include Wife, Virginia Spencer; children, Danny Brown, Jeff Brown, Alice Martin and husband, Craig; grandchildren, Robbie, Jessica, Casey, Aletha and Kyle; great-grandchildren, Daniel, Micah, Kyla, Bradley, Sophia and Lexi; great-great-grandchildren, Ava and Paislee; sister, Diane Robbins and husband, Pat; niece, Daon; and nephew, Roman
