Monica "Moni" Patricia Mendoza

Monica Patricia Mendoza, 25, passed away Saturday, February 4, 2023 in Weatherford. Mass of Christian Burial: 10 a.m. Monday, February 13, 2023 at St. Stephen Catholic Church, 1802 Bethel Road, Weatherford. Interment: Memory Gardens of the Valley, 5600 Mineral Wells Hwy., Weatherford. Visitation: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, February 12, 2023, with Rosary at 7 p.m. in White's Chapel of Memories, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford. Monica was born April 8, 1997 in Weatherford, daughter of Jorge and Monica (Aguilar) Mendoza. Moni o como en la familia la conocemos Moniquita una persona única por todas sus cualidades y virtudes, ella era alegre y siempre estaba sonriendo entre una de sus muchas cualidades era su generosidad, su espíritu de servicio sus ganas de vivir y el amor y el cuidado que siempre demostró a todos ella tenía mucha energía y metas, era decidida, tenaz, audaz, fuerte pero con un corazón tan noble tan puro y limpio que leer libro la hacía llorar. Desde niña tenía bien clara su vocación medicina. Que por cierto en este mayo se graduaba de enfermera certificada. Mi Mony nos dio tanta alegría desde el día que nos enteramos que estábamos esperándola. ella tenía 25 años y disfrutaba mucho todo lo que hacía, se esforzaba siempre por ser mejor en todos los sentidos. Solo quien no la conoció, no la va a extrañar. Moni or as our family knows her “Moniquita.” A person unique, for all her qualities and virtues. She was cheerful and always smiling. One of her many qualities was her generosity, spirit of service, will to live, and love and care for everyone in her life. She was resolute in her goals. She was bold and stubborn with a noble heart, without malice that a book made her cry. Since she was a child, her vocation was clear to her, Medicine. She would have graduated in May of this year. Moni gave us so much joy since we found out we were expecting. She was 25 years old and she really enjoyed everything she did, she always strived to be better in every way. She is survived by her parents, Jorge Luis y Monica Mendoza; hermanos, Manuel, Luis, and Alejandro; hermanas, Angelica, and Isabel; nieces, Natalia Cobos, Leah Cobos, and Aubrey Cobos.
