Patsy Allen

Patsy Ruth Allen, 85, passed away Monday, November 18, 2019 at her residence. Funeral: 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Fundamental Baptist Church, Springtown. Burial: Springtown Cemetery. Visitation: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday at White’s Funeral Home, Springtown. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fundamental Baptist Church in Patsy’s honor in benefit for the Grace House Fund. Patsy was born July 29, 1934 in Winnsboro to Jewel Lee and Dorothy Rena Dickie Reese. She married the love of her life, James Allen on May 24, 1952. Patsy is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Loyd Allen; son, James Edward Allen; and brothers, Billy Reese and J.D. Brock. Survivors: Children, Jimmy Allen, Mike Allen and wife, Carla, Pam Lowrey and husband, Jack, Kitty Allen, daughter-in-law; grandchildren, Jimmy, Jerry, Ken, Brad, Shannon, Scott, Christy, and Danny; brother, Travis Reese; and numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
