Patsy Sue Caudill

Patsy Sue (Davidson) Caudill left this world peacefully on Thursday, August 31, 2023, at the age of 82. Visitation: 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. Thursday, September 7, 2023 at Bethesda Methodist Church, 6657 FM 113, Weatherford, TX 76088. Funeral Service: 11 a.m. Thursday September 7, 2023 at Bethesda Methodist Church. Interment: Bethesda Cemetery Patsy was born September 20, 1940, daughter of Irby and Eloise (Sanders) Davidson. She grew up in the country and enjoyed a farming and ranching lifestyle. Her passion was always the pursuit of education. She earned several bachelor’s degrees and multiple master’s degrees. Her academic accomplishments allowed her to flourish, and she earned multiple achievement awards for her 40+ years of service. She was an educator serving as a teacher, principal, and a consultant for Region XI. Patsy’s favorite pass-time was caring for her beloved dog Frazier. He was a rescued Chihuahua that needed medical care and rehabilitation. Patsy was a big supporter of animals in need. Anyone interested in helping to carry on her passion of helping animals should consider donating to Parker Paws of Weatherford. She is preceded in death by her parents; and daughter, Sheila Savage. Survivors include her daughter, Cheryl Lynn Mackay (Michael); and her grandchildren, Rebecca and J.T. Savage; and a host of extended family members and friends.
