Ramona Louise Chilcutt passed away in Oklahoma January 3, 2021. She was born October 29, 1928, in Athens, Tennessee, to Charles Hubert Morgan and Amanda Belle Morgan, formerly Hutsell. Ramona was a resident of Springtown many years before moving "back" to Oklahoma. Survivors include son, Robert Wagoner, Jr. and wife, Donna; daughter, Donna Taylor; granddaughters Carrie Swisher, Shannon Bales and husband, Chris; great-grandchildren, Dalton Hill, and Emalyn and Brooks Bales.
