Raymond Howard Pendleton

Raymond H. Pendleton, 93, passed away Thursday, May 12, 2022 at his home in Haltom City. Graveside Service: 10:00 A.M. Saturday, May 14, 2022 at Azleland Memorial Park. Raymond was born March 8, 1929 in Rhea County, Tennessee son of Robert James and Daisy Ruth (McCostion) Pendleton. He proudly and bravely served his country in the United States Army, rising to the rank of Staff Sergeant. Following his military service, Raymond would go on to work for 37 years for General Portland Cement. He is preceded in death by his parents; and his first wife of 54 years, Julia M. Pendleton. He is survived by current wife of 18 years, Opal Cobb; two daughters; one step-daughter; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Stella Eskew; and a host of other extended family and friends.
