Robert Charles Sherman

Robert Charles Sherman, 75, passed away Friday, February 17, 2023 at his home in Weatherford. Visitation: 6 – 8 p.m. Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at White’s Funeral Home, 401 North Main St., Springtown. Graveside Service: 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at Springtown Cemetery. Robert was born February 25, 1947 in Fort Worth, son of Donald and Vera (Allen) Sherman. He met the love of his life, Melba Cash, and they were married on November 16, 1968 and they would go on to spend 54 happy years together raising their family. Robert was an avid outdoorsman, who loved to hunt and fish. He was also a devoted fan of the Texas Rangers. He is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Donald Sherman, Jr. Survivors include his loving wife, Melba Sherman; daughter, Angela Henderson (Michael); son, Mark Sherman (Marcella); grandchildren, Erica Henderson, Shanen Pressley (Stephen), Brandon Sherman, Crispin Anthony Tijerina; brother, Dennis Jackson; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other extended family members and friends.
