Sam Lykins

Sam Lykins, 20, beloved son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew and friend, passed away Thursday, June 22, 2017.Funeral Service:  10 a.m. Tuesday in White's Chapel of Memories, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford.Interment:  East Greenwood Cemetery, Weatherford.Sam was born April 2, 1997 in Fort Worth, son of Larry Alan and Lori Jean Mathis Lykins.  He graduated from Weatherford High School in 2015 and completed two years of college at UTA.  Sam enjoyed spending time with Sara Medina, who was his best friend and girlfriend.Survivors:  Parents, Lori and Larry Lykins; brother, Trey Allison; nephew, Tristyn Allison; niece, Rowan Allison; grandfather, Jerry "Pepaw" Hoosier; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
