Susie Irene Lankford

Susie Irene Berg Lankford, 99, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, February 1, 2018.Graveside service: 1:00 PM, Monday at Memory Garden of the Valley. Visitation: 2 to 4 PM, Sunday at White's Funeral Home, Weatherford.Mamaw was the kindest, sweetest, friendliest person. She never spoke badly of anyone. She loved everyone. There surely was some dancing, singing, and shouting when she entered those pearly gates. Papaw and Daddy were asking her "what took so long?"She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great great-grandmother and will be greatly missed. She wanted to "make a hundred" so badly, but on September 21st, there will be a huge birthday party in Heaven for her. Even though her family is heartbroken, they have so many wonderful memories to cherish.Survivors: Daughter, Susie Harris West and husband, Bobby; grandchildren, Wanda Clements and Kathy Autry; great-grandchildren, James Clements, Sarah Nabors and husband, Cole, and Susan Autry and husband, Liam O'Donnell; great great-grandchildren, Connor and Caroline Nabors; and numerous nieces and nephews.
