Tammy was kind and her overpowering love and generosity would give you a sense of peace. Tammy was beautiful inside and out. She loved her family to her very last breath. She was selfless and would sacrifice herself, mind and body, to make sure her family was taken care of.
Tammy loved being a mother and grandmother. Her face would light up every time her grandchildren were with her. She was her daughter’s best friend and was a prime example of what a mother, daughter, wife, and grandma should be.
Tammy was a lover of music and had a special love for Elvis Presley. She is fangirling right now meeting him in Heaven. She loved his movies and knew every word to his songs. Tammy loved to cook and would make a meal for you if needed, especially her potato salad. Her love for the holidays has passed to her children. Her favorite was Christmas, and she always made sure it was the best.
Tammy may not have been rich by today’s standards, but in the eyes of our Heavenly Father, Tammy was as rich as they came. As a family, we are heartbroken that she had to leave us so soon. We know she is rejoicing and healed in our Father’s arms, which gives us comfort. We leave with what Tammy and Will would say to each other every night. I love you, goodnight, and I will see you tomorrow. We look forward to the day that we see you in Heaven.
