Truett Eugene Couch

Corsicana - Truett Eugene Couch, 84, passed away Monday, September 30, 2019 at his home. Funeral: 2:00 p.m., Thursday in White's Chapel of Memories, Weatherford. Burial: East Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation: 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., Thursday at White's Funeral Home, Weatherford. Truett was born July 28, 1935 in Luther, Texas to Archie and Alice Couch. He was an entrepreneur that worked in the printing industry for 45 years. Truett was a great story teller that earned the nickname of "Windy". His hobbies included motorcycles, hunting, leather work, wood work, gun collecting, reloading ammo, and photography. He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Nina Winters; and grandson, Jason Davis. Survivors: Daughters, DeAnn Ingram (Bill), Karen Carney (Tim), Susan Gothard (Jimmy), and Amy Bamburg (Robert); grandchildren, Joshua, Jeremy, Michelle, Cody, Taylor, Racheal, Joe Tim, Amy, Kristie, Amanda, Ashley, Jessica; 27 great grandchildren; sisters, Evelyn Mathis, Bennie Williams, and Debbi Booth; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
