Velma Louise Sullivan passed away on Wednesday, May 24, 2017.Graveside Service:  2 p.m. Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at East Greenwood Cemetery, Weatherford.Visitation:  12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at White's Funeral Home, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford.Velma was born December 20, 1929 in Weatherford, daughter of Odis and Clydie Hill.  She spent many happy years with her husband, L. R. (Buddy) Sullivan until his passing.Velma's  career spanned many years with Montgomery Wards and General Services Administration.  She retired from both with her work history spanning over 60 years.  Velma loved working in the yard, traveling, and her family.She was preceded in death by her husband, L. R. (Buddy) Sullivan; and granddaughter, Amber Galik.Survivors:  Daughter, Linda Sullivan; son, Larry Sullivan and wife, Renee'; granddaughters, Amanda McKay, Madison Sullivan, Ashley Kennedy, Raye Moore, and Shania Murphy; grandson, David McKay; six great-granddaughters; four great-grandsons; two great great-granddaughters; and one great great-grandson.Services are in care of White's Funeral Home, Weatherford.
