Paula Jane Clark, 69, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, cousin and friend, passed away Monday, January 16, 2023 in Fort Worth. Visitation: 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, January 22, 2023 in White’s Chapel of Memories, 130 Houston Ave., Weatherford. Funeral Service: 2 p.m. Monday, January 23, 2023 in White’s Chapel of Memories. Interment: Clark Cemetery, Weatherford. The family requests casual attire. Paula was born December 29, 1953 in Weatherford, daughter of James Alvin and Beulah Beatrice (Wester) Clark. She was a wonderful teacher and a student advocate. Paula taught Spanish, and also taught in the gifted and talented program at Poolville, Brock and Springtown. She was a sponsor of Beta as well. Paula traveled extensively. She was very active in her church. Paula was also a talented seamstress. She loved to garden, was an animal lover and also was a wonderful cook. Paula was always willing to help anyone in need. She will be deeply missed by all of her family and friends as well as the many students she lovingly taught over the years. Paula was preceded in death by her parents, James Alvin Clark and Beulah Beatrice Wester Clark. She is survived by her husband, George Pendergrass; daughter, Lori Pendergrass; son, Wesley Pendergrass and his wife, Lauren; granddaughters, Madeline, Audrey, Molly, and Rose Pendergrass; multiple cousins, and many extended family members and dear friends.
